When you place an order through the website, WooCommerce is the WordPress plugin for the ecommerce facility and SumUp our payment gateway merchant. We collect information about you when you place an order for products. This includes your name, your email address, your postal address and/or your payment information (such as your banking details). After 30 days your details are automatically deleted from the database hosted by Ionos.
We also ask for contact information from you during the checkout process, which allows us to fulfil your order.
If you contribute to the Gallery, your email address and name will be received and held for as long as it takes to add your picture(s) to the Gallery (if they are approved for inclusion). By sending your picture(s) to us, you automatically give us permission to include them on the website without charge and/or restriction.
